How It All Began.
Lenick Construction, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Len Lynch Sr., who started as a Union Carpenter Contractor working on projects throughout Philadelphia and Southeastern PA. Len Sr.’s belief that "Your Word Is As Good As Gold” became our company culture. His expert knowledge of construction and his strong work ethic paved the way for the company’s future.
His son, Len Lynch attended the University of Maryland on a football scholarship, was voted captain of the 1985 Terrapins, and was named 1st team All-ACC and honorable mention All-American his junior and senior years. After graduation he was drafted by the NFL’s New York Giants.
In 1992, Len Lynch became the president of Lenick Construction, Inc. He has since grown Lenick into a multi-million dollar company. Responsible for leading the vision and strategic direction of the company, Lenick has evolved from exclusive framing expertise to delivering on all types of projects from fiber cement siding to drywall and insulation. Under Len’s leadership, the company has developed an expansive portfolio that spans a broad range of construction services with residential and commercial work - servicing hospitals, government buildings, entertainment centers, medical offices, education centers and restaurant and retail locations.

Len Lynch
Chairman of The Board
Len became the President of Lenick Construction, Inc. in 1992 and now serves as Chairman of The Board. Through years of integrity, innovation and growth, he has positioned Lenick as a leader in subcontracting services, development and construction management. Lenick now stands at the forefront of the ever changing construction industry in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
The company is firmly rooted in family values. Len is a longtime champion of Lenick’s clients, its team of employees and the company’s founding culture. A respected leader in the community and among his team, Len nurtures and develops meaningful and long-lasting relationships while employing multiple strategies and winning a larger market share.
Dan Petrucelli
President
Dan leads the Lenick organization as President. He provides a wealth of knowledge including a Masters degree and over 20 years as a Union Carpenter. Having started in carpentry in 1999, Dan learned the Lenick Construction, Inc. way at just 17 years old. He is equipped with the priceless knowledge needed to effectively plan and manage the workforce, while ensuring projects are completed on time. Recognized for his versatility and innovative approach, Dan heads contract negotiations, pre-construction logistics, estimating and job cost management. Born and raised in Bucks County, Dan and his wife, Jenn, are now raising their 3 children there. Dan enjoys outdoor activities such as baseball and golf, as well as fishing, hiking and camping.
Ben Bedford
Senior Estimator
Ben’s comprehensive experience paired with his analytical proficiency qualify him as Senior Estimator. Before coming on-board, he gained cost-estimating experience with some of the tri-state area’s largest general contractors on multi-stage $400-million projects. With 18 years experience, Ben leads estimating efforts, provides quantitative material and labor cost estimates for competitive bids and oversees the day to day estimating operations while planning workflow and strategies. Raising two little girls, Ben and his wife, Clare, enjoy being active and outdoors - often spending time at the zoo or aquarium, as those are his girls favorite places to be. Hiking and fishing are two of Ben’s chosen hobbies.
Adam Harbison
Project Estimator
Specializing in insulation, Adam comprises 7+ years of experience as a Project Estimator. Adam proactively began his career in construction in an insulation warehouse where he first mastered the craft of thermal and sound prevention construction. Adam's experience includes residential homes, as well as large scale commercial and mixed-use projects in the Philadelphia area. Adam is a problem solver - so much so, in his spare time, he builds and fixes computers. When out of the office, you can find Adam watching sports and cooking with his fiance with fresh items from their garden.
Kurt Hendricks
Field Operations Manager
With many years of experience in commercial and residential construction, Kurt is a reliable resource in the field for Lenick Construction, Inc. He oversees and manages projects head on, contributing to his success as a Field Operations Manager.
Kurt’s dedication in the area of construction started with his work in a carpentry shop in high school, which led to his entry into the Union.
A husband and father of 2 from Fishtown, Philadelphia, Kurt enjoys sports and taking trips with his family.
Christian Bohn
Project Manager
Coupling his overall passion for the building trades business with his education and 25 years of hands-on carpentry experience, Christian is a driving force in the field. Now excelling as a Project Manager, Chris holds his degree in Construction Management from Penn College and is also a trained Superintendent through the Associated General Contractors of America. Chris developed a passion for the industry at a young age when he was framing houses over the summers. Now, you can find Chris working on he and his wife, Amy's home, at travel soccer tournaments with his son, watching weekend morning English soccer or outdoors with his daughter.
Dan Kelly
Safety & Project Manager
With years of hands-on carpentry experience and a life-long passion for construction and management, Dan joined the team as Safety & Project Manager. Coupling his vast managerial experience with his success in large management operations, Dan excels in maximizing productivity, scheduling, ordering and procurement. Known for his personable nature and detail-oriented approach, Dan started his career in construction at age 16 working for a general contractor and further committed to carpentry and construction specific education. Having grown up on the Delaware River in Washington Crossing, Dan enjoys time on the water. You can find him teaching his daughter how to fish, exercising, golfing with friends and colleagues, taking bike rides on the canal with his family and tending to his garden.
Tracey Lynch
Chief Financial Officer
Equipped with 20+ years of construction office experience and expansive expertise ranging from governmental paperwork to multiple project accounting, Tracey secures her position as Chief Financial Officer. Tracey’s vibrant spirit and financial proficiency keep Lenick Construction Inc. operations flowing smoothly and afford the company the best pricing from our suppliers and subs. One of Tracey's favorite places to be is down the shore with her family - her husband, Lenny, and two sons, Jake and JT. All done with an infectious laugh and smile, Tracey enjoys her morning walks, cooking, painting and puzzling.
Mayda Vivier
Officer Manager
With 14+ years of construction office experience, Mayda fulfills the essential needs of the company for day-to-day operations and long term projects as Office Manager. With a degree in science and background in IT & networking, Mayda is recognized with Lenick for excellence in billing, accounting, payroll and contractual documents. Mayda brings her energetic and bright personality to the team and office each day. Lighting up the lives of her family, Mayda loves to vacation with her husband and kids, cuddle with her grandchildren and spend time with family and friends.
Sharon Kay
Admin Assistant
Sharon Kay is the office manager at Lenick, bringing over 30 years of experience in office management. She grew up in Roxborough and has always had a deep passion for the outdoors. For the past 40 years, Sharon has been a dedicated scout leader, teaching outdoor activities and passing on her love for nature. Her favorite place to be is in the mountains, sitting in front of a bonfire, where she feels most at peace. Known for her organizational skills and leadership in the office, Sharon is a valued member of our team.
