President

Len brought his competitive spirit from the football field to his construction team. Being able to organize all of the individual field personnel into a cost effective team has created a winning playbook. DAN PETRUCELLI
Vice President

Dan started in carpentry in 1999 while working on an M.S. his years of union carpentry experience adds priceless knowledge to project management. This knowledge helps him more effectively plan and manage the workforce and ensure projects are completed on time.


NEIL JESIOLOWSKI
Operations Manager

Neil uses his prior experiences as a facility manager for a fortune 500 company and his 25+ years of coaching experience to promote team concepts. His managerial experience and professional knowledge ensures Lenick remains focused on both the internal and external goals of the company while meeting the expectations and needs of its customers and clients.


FRANK MAIMONE
Senior Estimator

Frank has been an estimator and project manager of commercial and residential carpentry projects in the tri-state are for 15+ years. His experiences as a Division 1 collegiate hockey player have given him the competitive drive and team player skills that are essential to our continued success.


BEN BEDFORD
Senior Estimator

Ben has 8 years of construction experience, starting as a laborer while in college. He gained cost estimating experience with some of the larger tri-state-area general contractors on multi-stage $400-million projects before coming aboard.


ADAM HARBISON
Project Estimator

Adam has 7 years of Project Estimator experience in thermal and sound prevention construction. Starting as a laborer and warehouse supervisor, he worked his way up to become a Project Estimator. His estimating experience includes residential homes to large scale commercial and mixed-use projects in the Philadelphia area.


MIKE MARCO
Project Manager

Mike has over 18 years experience in commercial and residential construction, including 16 years in the Carpenters Union. He has over a decade of supervisory experience, including roles as a foreman, superintendent, and project manager.


CHRISTIAN BOHN
Project Manager

Chris has an AA in Construction Management and is also a trained Superintendent through the Associated General Contractors of America. He has 25 years of hands-on carpentry experience which includes work on residential, commercial/industrial and historical renovation projects. His schooling and experience, coupled with his overall passion for the building trades business, are his driving forces to keep jobs moving on time and under budget.


TRACEY LYNCH
Office Manager

Tracey's 20 years of construction office experience keeps Lenick Construction Inc. Operations flowing smoothly. From her familiarity with governmental paperwork to multiple project accounting, she gets the subs and suppliers paid. This affords Lenick the best pricing from our subs and suppliers.


MAYDA VIVIER
Assistant Office Manager

Mayda has 10 years of construction office experience with billing, accounting and contracts. She fulfills the essential needs of the company for day to day operations and long term goals.

Our History

Lenick was founded in 1972 by Len Lynch Sr. who started as a Union Carpenter Contractor working on large single homes, townhouses, apartment buildings, housing developments, nursing homes, banks, and McDonalds throughout Philadelphia and Southeastern PA. Len Lynch Sr.’s belief that "Your Word Is As Good As Gold” became our company culture. His expert knowledge of construction and hard work ethic; paved the way for the company’s future.

Our Leadership

Len Lynch Jr. attended the University of Maryland on a football scholarship. He was voted Captain of the 1985 Terrapins and was named 1st team All-ACC & honorable mention All-American his junior & senior years. He graduated in 1985 and was drafted by the NFL’s New York Giants. As fate would have it, he ended up working for his dad, and in 1992, the team captain quickly became the Company’s President. Since then, he has grown Lenick Construction Inc. into a multi-million dollar construction company. His leadership is still focused on our culture, while employing multiple strategies and developing relationships to win a larger market share.
